Shipping Policy

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped within 24 hours, if the product is in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the following week. You will be sent a confirmation by email when your order is shipped.

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours, you will be contacted by email or phone and alternative arrangements will be made.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order within a satisfactory amount of time, you will have the option to cancel your order at no charge.

Shipping Rates

Unless otherwise specified, 2001futon.com uses 'Sameday Worldwide' for all shipments. Accurate shipping quotes are provided in real time based on your shipping address and the dimensions and weight of your order. All items are shipped from our store in London, Canada.

Return Policy

We want you to enjoy your product and we are confident you will! Should you decide to return your purchase, we offer a 30 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee.

To return your purchase within 30 days of receiving order confirmation, contact us via email at (info@2001futon.com) and request “return authorization." In your email, please include your Order ID, your full name as supplied in the billing and shipping information and the reason for your return. A reply email outlines return procedures and provides you with the RA# required for acceptance of returned product shipments. If you do not receive a return authorization reply within 48 hours, you must call 2001 Futon directly (1-888-434-2001) to ensure your request was received. Please note the time, day and person with whom you spoke.

Please keep in mind, your product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and in like-new, re-sellable condition. Legislation prohibits re-sale of used futons; therefore, return requests for opened futons are denied. Return requests for items damaged due to improper use or incorrect assembly are also denied. We inspect all returned products to confirm parameters specific to your return authorization are met prior to issuing a credit to your original payment account. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
